title ^ why does it happening to me? it's just failing to load the 2.8 but when i'm installing 2.7.9 it's working fine

Make sure you're using the latest SA-MP server version - 0.3.7.
Also try using nativechecker: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=249226

it was the Microsoft Visual C++ etc, anyway thanks mate (+REP)
