Hey guys, I would do that only premium player can give color to the license plate but I found it .. So please send me the code CMD:SPZ (no VIP) but that only VIPs can enter {FF0000} HEX or other colors and to give the colors and the battery can be the one who will have VIP puts it he wrote: HEX normally without color ..
