It's called "A Record", if you have a webhost you can do that.

First of all you need a domain to do that, have you bought a domain? Like usfreeroam.com

You are not "converting" the IP address, you are simply directing the record to the IP address. There are numerous threads regarding this throughout the forums, search for it.

Add a sub domain let it be named "play" in your domain and point it to (in A record ) your ip thats it
