I got strange file in my system32 folder

yayvWOFw.dll <-its name

NOD32 finds it as trojan and cleans ,but it appears again...

what to do ? is that file required or i can delete it automatically?

I found whats it..
my system32 folder is fucked up with different stuff (that's also reason why my pawn doesn't work and a lot of other programs + huge lag and ~900 attacks per last 12 hrs)

I am trying to find some free software to delete them all (21 viruses/trojans/adwares/whatever)

You should try using ComboFix thats a quite good free malware removal tool, it helped me to get rid of some viruses that antivirus couldn't remove.
