Can someone tell me how to make a User control panel for my SAMP server?

This is definatley not the correct forum to post this thread.
To make UCP for SA:MP server you need to have following features:
- MySQL bases GameMode
- HTML,PHP,MySQL & JS knowladge
- MySQL DB host
- WebHost
If you need help you can ask any Web Coder or Web Designer to design an UCP for you.
I can make a decent UCP for you for the right price.
