there are a player come to my server and start advertising of other server.
i have his ip and i have proves and ik his server.
i speaked with the server owner but he just ignore me so nothing happen.

i want know how to report a server?

You cannot report a server just for advertising, get him banned or something.

servers are not players u can report

i think the server owner can be responsible and cannot be responsible for what happened for you at the same time, the owner should warn his players to not advertise his server or it'll get him a bad reputation
and at the same time, he won't be paying attention to every player advertising, it's not his responibilty because he did not do the thing

what matters is that u ban the player who advertised the server in your server and put security or something or code something to check the text typed by the player to check if it's an ip address or not
