Streamer works fine for me. I'm on Windows 10 Pro.

Try native checker & make sure(100%) you got all requirementd for Windows 10 & SA-MP.

update last include,plugin and replace it. where you put your include use Back space and go open that pawno the streamer.inc is in include folder near that pawno ! trust me, if you have 2 or ... pawno on your computer this make bug...
then compile the gamemode and run the server.
