why when I make /makeadmin or /ban 0 1 it gave to anther id and when I make /veh 522 0 or /setskin it told me /veh model id player id then nothing and the server restarting it works on my windows but when I put it on the vps Linux it make those bugggggs please help me

guys no those only /setskin and /veh kh ramin script on samp forums saw it and we don't tknow how to fix it plzzz help he said no problem with cmd:makeadmin and ban
