Is there any script you can get that shows online players on your server to put on your website, like in game monitor banner but only with online players?

I dont know PHP, but is it possible to host this banner yourself and so it shows the right informations http://samp.ae-webmedia.de/signature/ because there website isn't online sometimes so the banner doesn't display.
