Long story short, I am supposed to be seeing a garage here, but I don't. I tried re-installing SAMP several times, but it didn't fix the problem. Thoughts? Thanks in advance

Get a new gta3.img file from a trusted source or reinstall GTA SA.

According to your many mods, it could be a few things.

Two things that are most likely to cause this are (in order from what you should try first to last):
1. Altered IPL files (maps folder).
2. Altered gta3 IMG file (models folder).

There a filterscript named as ls_beachside . Have a check on that.

Thanks for the fast reply guys! I have tried installing a new gta3.img as well as replacing the maps folder. Unfortunately, neither of them worked and I eventually solved this problem by installing a fresh GTA San Andreas
