Anyways, Everyday my internet turns off like 90 times.

Turns off for 1 hour turns on for 5 minutes. I called those people that internet people (lmao, idk how they called in english), They said go to somewebsite when ur internet is off.

It worked for the first time, I need to press "Next","Next" then wait, like i said the first time it worked, But now when i go(FUCK, my internet turned off right now), anyways, now when i go to that website guess what?

"Unable to connect to the internet", ....-.-..., what can i do? Please help

Did you have such issues ever since getting that specific internet provider?

You should call your ISP and tell them all about it and request it to be fixed, otherwise you can break the contract with them with no fee and choose a different ISP.

Highly doubt it's DDoS.

This happened a lot to me. I just did ipconfig /release and /renew and ipconfig /flushdns and it worked.
