How can I get the SA:MP server to work with a PHP script. For example, an admin bans someone on the UCP, how would I get the script to ban them in-game if they're in-game?

I tried searching, but I can't seem to find an answer. :/

I tried setting it up before but it didn't work, so I gave up (was a good while ago) but I want to try it again since I'm getting better at PHP.
