It's on SACNR monitor, so it should be on internet list aswell.

Servers on your fav tab dosent appear on the internet tab but it show in hosted one,As far as I know..

Internet List has been down for some time now, I suggest you visit http://lists.sa-mp.com/0.3.6/servers once it's back online you will see a bunch of IPs there and your IP should be there and if so that means it's on the internet list.

I had this same problem of my server i did contact host owner during i got fixed my problem. So you will be Contact with host owner, they will be fixed it.

Its SAMP Problem. Sometimes server won't show in Internet List & sometime Internet List won't load fully.
