The only guy who has had ever made the enb series is Boris vorontsov. Everyone who claimed to have made enb series actually downloaded it from enbdev.com and edited enbseries.ini.
Steel was actually correct imo. I would download a nice enb and tweaked the .ini to my preference rather than editing the original ini from "scratch"

Firstly I want a cover up what I just said. So here goes;
ENB is the program and the original ENB created by Boris.
ENB series on the other hand is a series of editing in the .ini done by third parties.
The original question is exactly "how to make enb series" so like explained above, download the original enb on
www.enbdev.com and go through a series of editing on the ini.

It's something to do with DirectX, idk much about it but unless you know what you're doing I wouldnt touch it. Just go through enbseries.ini, thats all youll need
