For some reason i lag in Los Santo's And Las Venturas alot but i play in san fierro fine can anyone help?
No i dont have any mods installed
I've tried re-installing it back.
I have no third party applications open

Defrag your harddrive, and when re-installing have you actually deleted the folder itself?
Also, were you running mods before? Did you even run the game before in single player, and in multiplayer?

Nope never had mods and yes im played both single and multiplayer

Probably FPS lag, turn off Frame limiter.
