i Use Player Control Panel version 4 from: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=537703&page=5
and i use Xampp 1.7.1 after paste to my htdocs it got these error

This is not the laravel support forum! Although you need to install composer for windows, right click on the composer.json file and click composer install.
