Lets say I want to download 0.3e or 0.3x SA-MP, Where can I find them please ?

You can find them at files.sa-mp.com or in the [I]News and Updates section.
You can find the 0.3e client here:
http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3e-install.exe
and the server here:
http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03e_svr_win32.zip
It's pretty easy to find the pattern there, just replace the "e" with "x", etc.
