Cyberlord that it's UG-RP gamemode and those things can be created with a command...search the command in the script and see how it's done

Cyber i don't know exactly but on UG-RP gamemode it's a command for becoming an admin... I dont remeber exactly but something like "tommyrulehere" or something like that...
