i understand, and i try to open gta sa without samp.. and same thing happens, so it means that the problem is in the main GTA SA?

Reinstall your GTA:SA.

remove ACv2_Client.asi from your gta sa directory.

(or run samp.exe as an admin, if you need the .asi)
