Is it normal for the server to act "asleep" after being idle for a while? I'm running it on a Windows Server 2010 VPS and after a while of no connections, it's as if the script has unloaded partially. Is this something I've done wrong or a problem with the server?

What do you mean, asleep? Nothing should change, i've had my server open for 3 days with nobody connecting to it on a windows server and it's fine.

After a while it just unloads the script. Not the whole thing, just some aspects of it. Now that I think about it, I think it may be the MySQL connection timing out.
