Hi guys i want to add a Shoutbox in the forum and i have installed SMFPacks Shoutbox but it i not showing me the shoutbox can you help me in this problem? here are some screenshots in the attachment

"Forum" is a vague term, there are many types of software, all working differently.

What type of forum do you have?

You could ask on Simple Machines forum, not here.

Use the one supported with your specific SMF version or get a portal package like PortaMx, SimplePortal, EzPortal, etc and then add a block for shoutout.
