I tried to hide a player using HidePlayerForPlayer, works fine. But when someone attaches object while Invisible, The player who is watching (who is not invisible) get's crashed and the one who is invisible and to whom the object is attached is fine.

There will be issues when you use a plugin like that obviously maybe you should report in the plugin thread instead of here.
