Whenever I choose a skin I instantly crash on SAMP. Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you mean picking your class when you connect or changing your skin with a command? Please provide more details.

Both. If I go onto a DM server, I crash when choosing a skin. Whenever I'm on an RP server and do /buyclothes, I instantly crash as well.

I've uninstalled skin mods, re-installed gta3.img with a fresh one twice, etc. and it still crashes.

Have you modded your GTA:SA installation? If so, if it's not too big of a hassle, I'd just reinstall GTA:SA.
