Hi, since my pc had a problem so i had to go to my grandma to do the server from there from her pc so when i had to come back home i took the server (disk on key)

I got new pc win 8.1 etc..

Anyways i putted my server to my new pc and when i open it it won't open and yes i did compile it and it worked

try install framework 4.5

or try download windows server and paste gamemode , pawno, plugins to new server pack
