This Is What i did i i put streamer 2.7.3 files in there places (streamer.inc in includes and streamer .dll by adding it in the option i have on the comtrol panel)
i recompiled the script on my pc and then uploaded it to the host.
-samp version of the server is 0.3z r1
-the host is not on linux
-i don't have filterscripts so i don't need to compile them too.
-i tried even recent streamers they don't work

Please help me out this is my first server ever and i have been preparing for this very moment.

Can't really think of anything, did you #include <streamer> in your script? I don't even know if that affects it but it's the only thing I can think of.

Yes I didi include streamer.

The only thing that comes to mind is that update both include and plugins. I'm refering to MySQL and streamer.
