Pretty much what happens is when I get into a car when I log in after any amount of time, it won't matter, and I exit it for any amount of time. The car or vehicle just disappears from my sight until I exit or enter an interior. It happens ALL the time. It never stops. I need immediate help on this as it's not a stream problem because my game is a fresh install. Please help.

Example: If I went and exited my vehicle, and I was a cop to pull someone over, I don't look at the car for a minute to get someones license, I turn around, my car wouldn't be there, and everyone else can see it. Then my partner might get in and I'd get an opcode. Thats what happens.

as for the streaming problems, i logged in today and now have these streaming issues with the flickering textures.
