Whenever I play for a bit and/or tab out and back in again, I get texture glitches like this: http://files.sa-mp.im/uploads/60a08-sa-mp-192-bd.png

I tried re-installing but to no avail, does anyone have any idea?

It is not problem with graphic. Sometimes when i am rotating a head around the created objects, i have it bug.
