As it says, make sure to recompile with the latest include.

Well put the include in the include folder located inside the Pawno directory and the plugin in the plugins folder. Then recompile the server and put the recompiled AMX-file inside your gamemodes directory and restart.

You sure that you did put the files in the correct directories? Are you sure that the compilation was successful? After the compilation did you put the new .amx file at the correct location? Remember it's easy to forget one of the steps, doublecheck.

I'm sorry, but I'm abroad and I don't have TV installed. It's getting late here aswell so I have to go in a few.
