Which TD editor i need to use to make logo like that?

I suggest using iTD. Well what you see there is 2 LD_POOL:ball txd textdraw And above them 1 text textdraw.

I cant make circle[ball] with iTD? :/

You can, that circle is a texture (font = 4) then just add LD_POOL:ball (I'm not fully sure) as the text of the textdraw and then resize and recolor it as you wish.
