When you /playmusic a dialog will prompt you to insert a music URL (usually mp3 format) You can upload your music to kiwi6 or any other such website and there are urls which offer full radio's that you can tune into when playing SAMP.
(I know this is really simple, And I am developing it and it is my first upload here.)

To use this simply login to rcon (/rcon login) then /rcon loadfs music.
