I mean, I wanna build a tutorial but I want it to be written in INI to prevent players who will Log in ( not register ) to do it again , I mean I has a dialog, I just want to do when player done tutorial it will mark that he did it, and if players logging in it will check if he did it,I really got confused how to do it, thanks for helpers.

Just put your tutorial codes on player register dialog(OnDialogResponse), it won't show for him again you don't need to create anything else.
