Whats in your plugins folder?

Find and add libmysqlclient_r.so.16 to your plugins folder, then recompile. Let me know how it goes .

This does absolutely nothing.

If you're a centos user simply use "yum install libmysqlclient_r.so.16"

If you use anything else then I don't know.
