Everytime I start the server, it says

This application has failed to start because MSVCP110.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

And it points to the mysql plugin, which failed to load.

I was about to install Microsoft Visual 2010 thingy but then it said a newer version is detected on your computer.

What to do?

MY Os is Windows XP SP3

****** MSVCP110.dll and download it if its needed. ( I believe that I have downloaded this ages ago u need to put it inside system32 or something there are instructions ).

i know that, thats the reason why i stated that my os is windows xp
