I'm running out of options here, i've installed the C++ redistributables like a 100 times, I repaired the NET Framework.

What am I missing? The server is MySQL and it's not being able to run, it gives me that error when I start it.

The Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable removed the errors but gave me another error that said it closed with a weird reason or something.
