In order to do that you'll need a mySQL connection, website, PHP knowledge, nice website host, HTML knowledge, PAWNO knowledge

Yes, you can make it with Y_INI on site. Just parse some ini filse, download them troguhg FTP (all of these are PHP funcktions). read from ini files, write it into variable, print or echo variable in some text on UCP.
It is wery simple at all
