You don't get both static and dynamic IP by your ISP. Just go and find your default IP and use that.

To Port Forward you better use you external static IP,
To open a port, login to your Router's IP (Most are 192.168.1.1)
And go to Tools and Select Portforward and there you can open the port
If you want your server run 24/7 you better host your server or buy a VPS and run the server
But if you want to host it on your PC you need to leave the PC open 24/7 so the server run

You can't play your server via your external IP. Add ":<port>" into your SA-MP favorites when the samp-server.exe is working. Others need to play via your external IP [Which can be found in whatsmyip.org].

BenJackster, I got confused you are right

Ok SAMProductions, to open a port and make the server Online you need to find your Router's IP which you can find by opening Command Prompt (cmd.exe) and type in "ipconfig" without quotes and find the Default Gateway IP (It may look like 192.168.x.x) and open a web browser and type in the IP, then it may ask you to login, If it asks then try to search your Router's Model Default username and password, then if you logged in find the option "Tools" and find "Portforward" and there you can open the port you like, then exit your browser and open the server with the Port you opened! You will join the server with this IP "127.0.0.1: xxxx" (xxxx = port) and others with the External IP which you can find here http://www.ipchicken.com and send the ip with the port that you opened to a friend to join
You are Done

Thanks and please don't forget to Rep+ me If I helped

Hope I helped
