Showing gametext as long needed.

Hello, I'm using GameTextForPlayer; right now.
How can I display it aslong the player is ''Injuried''? (Taken to the hospital or actually died)?
The time is different for each player, so how can I edit the timer, so it will only show for aslong as needed.

For example.
I die, get in heavily wounded modus. (Heavily Wounded) will display untill I get /revive'd by an admin, being taken to the hospital, or till I bleeded to dead.
If someone could give me a little tutorial, or just explain how I can.. I was thinking about timers, but there must be a better option.
