Hello everyone i need help with my issue.....

My issue is i want to set a skin selection menu when you go to hospital and choose the option you will die and will be directed to skin selection and you can choose skins. i am using Mysql Script and i need help with skin selection after selecting the skin it will automatic check that if it is cop or civilian skin and then it will set them to their respective teams. i need help on how to make that not asking for a scipt thou
