alright i compiled the Gamemode with no errors and uploaded the DB and edited mysql.cfg now when i get ig it doesn't show me login dialogue what to do?

Do you get any error when connecting to the database? (mysql_errno). Check mysql_log for errors on the queries.

You don't have the table structure in the SQL DB. You need to run a .sql script or manually create the tables requiered by the script.

Tables are a combination of both rows and columns where data is stored in a logical way, optimized for them to work in a conjunct as a whole.

You can't possibly guess all the tables and columns needed from the whole script unless you go line by line checking which tables and columns are loaded/updated/inserted, etc.

I recommend not using a SQL script if they don't provide the table structure.
