Port-forwarding your ip is like a waste of time.Better host it.Go to this link for information.You can upload your server files to FTP Client through Filezilla.LINK:triangle.gs

Show the settings of your router (the ports what are forwarded).

Turn off your firewall and re-check.

Maybe another progam is using the port.
