Well basically, I start samp everything good but its not loading, it says a message I cant remember. But it doesnt say SAMP crash. But then I notice that my gta3 server keeps coming up as notepad. And I think thats why its not working

Be more specific, check again what message it gives to you, it's nearly impossible to solve this, without you being specific.
