Normally,players have to show 0/0 but for me there still show number of players.
How can I solve this problem

It shows 0/0 when you do not have internet connection, when you have interior it will show the player slots and players online. I do not understand you quite well though.

the problem might be in the server or maybe in your PC - try to follow these steps maybe your SAMP be fix
(recommending to re-download SAMP from SAMP forums again)

-reinstall (SAMP)
-delete SAMP/GTA Settings - go to My Documents (delete : GTA San Andreas User Files)
-restart your router
