I have added rcon changemode system which will change the gamemode after some time. But i want to know that when gamemode changes, the scores are saved or not. if not, then how to fix it. any idea?

If you didn't code a dini/mysql saving system, they wont save. Changemode causes all players to reconnect and thus, losing their score.
