i'm using United Gaming Script, it is linux or windows? (stupid question but sorry!)
first it wont load NPC in my host
second there's a problem buildings and some commands are working but, when the server restarts the disappear, i think united gaming is "windows" and im using "linux host" is this the problem or what please explain..

Yes, if United Gaming is Windows, and you're using a Linux host, I believe you need to update your plugins to be Linux compatible versus Windows compatible.

when buying something from 24/7 i check the log it says

and the server lags for 30seconds or more.
it is the same problem? Because im using windows in linux host?
