Show me your SAMP window screen. The one which shows your game's ping.
EDIT : Or, Try to run your server with the latest version of SAMP package ( 0.3x ) The problem should be " You did not have the correct version of SA:MP "

You might also consider loading up the server's.exe. Nice to see you again, Aaron Knoxx.
