Yes and I want to see the wall from where I am standing at the picture..

When I get close to the wall I can see it but I want to see it from where I am standing.

He dont see wall infront of him xD
Use search button there is 1milion of topics on this subject. Im sure you will find answer.
Best way is to convert all objects to CreateDynamicObjectEx and edit draw distance in native inside of include.

You don't need convertffs it's just simple find/replace it should take no more than a minute to fix.
