Log your system processes, and check if any software consumes heavy RAM when you're playing either games. Use Task Manager to monitor the RAM usage activities.

Despite the processor which is good, the graphics card won't be able to run most of the games..i'm pretty sure..that's a integrated chipset that you should be able to do normal stuff on a computer, browse, work and other stuff..but not gaming.

I might be wrong, and if i am,someone please correct me.

Intel HD Graphics isn't made for gaming, but I've ran GTA San Andreas on 50 FPS through Intel HD Graphics 4000.

At first it runs well?
Its probably some power saving option then, or automatic underclocking to prevent overheat.

I was going to say this. It can be a power issue, I've currently got to change the Power Supply on my PC (Desktop), but as you've got a laptop, have you tried using a different battery (of course, if you have one available).. Maybe even get it checked out.

I would go with NVIDIA at any case for gaming. Anyways download HWMonitor and install it, then check out at what temperatures your computer runs, that will show RAM, CPU, GPU and more. The usages might be very high if your computer is full of dust, so then you would just need to clean it.
