I bought the volt-host but it is now bugged and today i bought a server from vortex servers and it has the mysql problems. I can't connect with mysql database. I tried ping perfect and it is saying that " we can't make payment from your paypal account ".
Can anybody suggest a better host with no problems. Because this time i don't want to waste my money.

I recommend purchasing a VPS, much better than all these host that offer samp hosting, a good VPS is from dotvps.co I also reccomend

Vortex Servers are absolutely fantastic. Their service is 10/10 and within a few minutes you can get replies. The problem is on your end.
p.s. smartbytes is awesome
SmartBytes is the best choice.
