My gamemode stopped working after updating the includes to 0.3x.
Now it simply says in the console:

Anyone help? (it should actually find the gamemode because it was working before)

Get the Nativechecker Plugin - LINK - it tells you what you are missing.

I'll try updating streamer even though I do believe I have the latest version.
