Command /buygun and problems with skins

I have a problem to / GM buygun of pro-gaming.
Wherever I am on the map and I execute the above command shows "Unknown Command", but something more serious, there goes nothing (no order).
I took / buygun from another gamemode and just happens to.

A second problem, even if a faction leader or member and have your skin when you get out there and go after the server again, give me skin civilians.
